Original perfumes and Inspired (Similar) fragrances are clearly identified as such. Inspired (Similar) fragrances are independent products and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed or approved by any referenced brand.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, are displayed or included in accordance with applicable law and as indicated during checkout.
Payments can be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including Shopify Payments and PayPal, where available.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment issues, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Where EU consumer law applies, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
For perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products, returns may therefore be restricted once the product has been opened or unsealed where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
Inspired (Similar) fragrances that are made or prepared specifically to order are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective, damaged or incorrect products.
