Return Policy
Our standard return period is 7 days from the date you receive your order. This 7-day return policy is separate from any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and original packaging, and include all original accessories, inserts, and documentation. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions by email. Please do not send products back without first requesting a return.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Inspired (Similar) fragrances, as these are produced as special-order products.
• Perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
• Food and nutritional products where an applicable legal exception prevents their return.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
Inspired (Similar) fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
This return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a product is eligible for return, please request a return first. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Inspired (Similar) fragrances are excluded from exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your eligible return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will process approved refunds without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
